Gin

The name Gin is derived from "Genévrier". The highly burned out destillate (96%) reduces after the addition of water on 60% and distills together with berries and spices - aniseed, angelica, fennel, kalmus, cardamom, coriander, lavender, almond, cinnamon, cumin and others - again.
Gin is an allrounder and a fantastic foundation for many drinks and cocktails. People, who love to drink Gin are regarded as hard and serious drunkards, who like the taste of alcohol instead of hiding it.

Fill in a longdrink glass ice cubes and 2cl Gin. In the end fill in some Tonic Water.
